The petitioner who is the brother of the deceased alleges that his sister was tortured and murdered in her matrimonial home by her husband and members of her matrimonial family.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the mode and manner of investigation.

It appears that charge sheet has been submitted upon completion of investigation.

In that event the petitioner is aggrieved by the charge sheet or the investigation, he is at liberty to take necessary steps before the appropriate Magistrate for redressal of his grievance.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Copy of the case diary be returned.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
