State has submitted a report which reflects that already a specific case being Burdwan P.S. Case No. 643 of dated 09.06.2025 has been registered for investigation. The subjectmatter of the representation enclosed to the writ petition as well as the police report reveals that the nature of the

dispute are one and the same.

Learned advocate for the private respondents submits that a notice under Section 35(3) of the BNSS has been issued against them which has been complied with.

In view of the steps taken by the police authorities, no further directions are required to be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 11645 of 2025 is disposed of.
