The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated in the instant case. The learned Advocate for the State draws the attention of this Court to the contents in the case diary. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as appearing in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

C.R.M. No. 5085 of 2021 is rejected.
