Case No.2113 of 2020.

Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the husband was enlarged on bail. The petitioners were falsely implicated. In any event, since the police submitted charge sheet, custodial interrogation of the petitioners are not required.

Heard the learned Advocate for the State.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that the police submitted charge sheet and considering the fact that the husband is on bail, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each to the

satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that they shall appear before the jurisdictional Court on the dates fixed for trial and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date. The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. 5079 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
