Supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the Panchayat submits that pursuant to the representation submitted by the petitioner alleging unauthorized construction being raised by the private respondents without obtaining sanction from the concerned Panchayat, notice of hearing has been issued upon the parties and the Pradhan has fixed 10th July, 2026 for consideration of the issue.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be dealt with in the writ petition. The same is accordingly disposed of.

However, in the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision taken by the authority, he is at liberty to

approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance, if so advised.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
