Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail We have considered the materials on record including the statement of a 16 year old girl recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C that she had been abducted to Punjab and ravished by the petitioner who is a married person.

In view of the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime in trafficking a minor girl to a different State for sexual exploitation, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.
