The report submitted by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta dated 12.10.2023 through the Chief Judge, City Sessions Court, Calcutta stated that the case reference in question was registered as Posta P.S. Case. No. 244 dated 17.06.2013 considering the issue of jurisdiction vide order dated 05.02.2013 of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Calcutta. The aforesaid Posta P.S. Case being No. 244 dated 17.06.2013 was disposed of on 19.07.2014 after submission of F.R.T. It appears that no further steps had been taken by the complainant or any other parties before the trial court. Let the said report be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of. Copy of the order be sent to the Department and learned trial court for information.
