It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in view of subsequent events, which have transpired after the filing of the writ petition, this petition has become infructuous.

It is also submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the application filed under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 has been considered and disposed of by the respondent authorities during the pendency of this petition.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this proceeding, W.P.A. No. 12604 of 2024 stands dismissed of as infructuous.

The Report filed by the respondent authorities be kept with the records.
