It appears that on the basis of complaint dated 26th March, 2022, New Town Police Station case no. 70 of 2022 dated 26.3.2022 under Section 188/427/448/323/324/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code was initiated against the respondent no. 6 and her husband. Notice under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure was issued. The accused persons surrendered before the learned court and were released on bail. Investigation is under progress. Under such circumstances, the allegation of police-in-action is not substantiated. With regard to the allegation of nonimplementation of the order of ad interim order, it appears that the police authorities have taken steps to implement the same and have also filed a report before the learned court below. It goes without saying

that the order of ad interim order of injunction shall be implemented in its letter and spirit.

Accordingly, WPA 10957 of 2022 is disposed of. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order from the official website of this court. (Shampa Sarkar J.)
