The petitioner has prayed for expeditious disposal of MEX. Case No. 53 of 2022 pending before learned Judicial Magistrate, 9th Court, Alipore.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there are dues which have accumulated to the tune of Rs.1,07,000/-.

The learned Judicial Magistrate, 9th Court, Alipore is directed that the opposite party no.2/husband be directed to clear the arrears by way of eight equal instalments. The aforesaid amount would be in addition to the regular amount which has been directed to be paid by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 9th Court, Alipore. It is further directed that the payment should be made on the date so fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 9th Court, Alipore and no plea be taken that because of any resolution of the local Bar payment could not be deposited on the date so fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 9th Court, Alipore.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1845 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
