Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

Petitioner is in custody for about 176 days. It is contended investigation is complete.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses showing complicity of the petitioner in the alleged crime. Offending weapon was also recovered from his possession.

In view of the aforesaid facts, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
