1. This contempt application has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 18th January, 2024.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor on instruction submitted that the officer has issued notices but, yet to pass an order in terms of the direction issued in the writ petition and the same will be complied with. He prays for extension of time.

3. The time granted in the order dated 18th January, 2024 is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt of a server copy of this order.

4. With regard to the ongoing construction it is submitted by the learned advocate for the alleged contemnor on instruction from the authorities that the ongoing construction will be stopped.

5. The said submission is placed on record.

6. With the above observation and direction the contempt application stands disposed of.
