Report is placed on record wherefrom it appears petitioner has complied with the condition of anticipatory bail.

The conditions of anticipatory bail imposed upon the petitioner not to enter the jurisdiction of Muchipara Police Station and report to the Officer-in-charge of the concerned police station within whose jurisdiction he shall presently reside once in a week are waived.

Petitioner shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.

Other conditions of anticipatory bail shall, however, continue.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of.
