Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered materials on record including the statements of the minor victim, P.W 2. She has implicated the petitioner in the crime.

In view of the aforesaid facts, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date preferably within six months from the next date fixed before it for recording evidence without granting adjournments to either of the parties.

Department is directed to communicate the order to the trial court for necessary compliance.
