After setting aside the selection process who might have selected in the post. Selection process was initiated in 2008. By efflux of time the matter has become infructuous.

In view thereof the writ petition is disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible.
