For the respondent no. 4 The order passed by the West Bengal Clinical Establishment Regulatory Commission of 15th February, 2021, directing compensation had been challenged by way of the writ petition being WPA 9246 of 2021. The learned single Judge had been pleased to dismiss the writ petition, thereby upholding the order of the West Bengal Clinical Establishment Regulatory Commission. We are informed that payment in terms of the order of the West Bengal Clinical Establishment Regulatory Commission has already been made. A communication by the appellant to its advocate requesting withdrawal of the appeal, is kept on record.

In view thereof, the appeal and the connected application are dismissed as withdrawn.
