Ms. Eshita Dutta ...... for the State Petitioner is in custody over 800 days. He submits that he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Presence of the petitioner with other miscreants were captured in a CCTV at the place of occurrence. His fingerprints have also matched with those collected from the bank.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
