The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Mr. S. G. Mukherjee, learned Public Prosecutor.

The present case relates to Hirapur Police Station Case No. 301 of 2018 dated 06.12.2018. From the enclosures to this revisional application, I do not find that the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure are yet supplied to the present petitioner or has been enclosed along with this revisional application. Having regard to the same, I am of the view that this revisional application is premature. The petitioner would be at liberty to take out appropriate application under Section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, after receipt of the copies under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, before the jurisdictional court. The jurisdictional court would dispose of the same in accordance with law without being influenced by any observations made by this Court while disposing of this revisional application.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1795 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
