Learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh after conclusion of evidence of the victim boy.

In view of the above, the application for bail being CRM(M) 506 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.

Trial court is directed to expedite the examination of the victim boy.

Prosecution shall take necessary steps for examination of the victim boy before the trial court.

Parties shall cooperate in the examination of the victim boy before the learned trial court.
