Seeking a direction upon the concerned respondent to sponsor the name of the petitioner for any suitable post, the present petition was preferred. The petitioner had graduated in Biology and he got his name registered in the concerned employment exchange but he did not get a single call from the employment exchange and hence he had knocked the door of the writ court. When the writ petition was affirmed in 2009, he was aged about 40 years now with the passage of time he attains the age of 54 years. I am of the view that the writ petition has become infructuous and hence, the same is disposed of without any order.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
