The alleged contemnors have filed a report of compliance in the form of affidavit and the same is taken on record.

It is submitted that all revisions payable to the petitioners similar to those given to other employees have been disbursed and paid to the petitioners. The annual revisions under all heads in terms of the revision order of the year 2021 are also stated to have been made to each of the petitioners. In so far as Cadre Allowance is concerned, the same shall be disbursed along with the monthly salary of September, 2024.

The submissions of Mr. Majumder, learned counsel for the LICI, therefore, indicate that the petitioners are being treated at par with any other employee of the LICI as

on January 2024. They shall continue to be treated at par with other employees until final disposal of the writ petition.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated.

The contempt application shall stand disposed of. 6.

Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioners is taken on record.

7.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnors, if any, is dispensed with.

8.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

9.

There will be no order as to costs.

10.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
