1. Writ petition is directed against an order dated February 11, 2025 passed in O.A. 121 of 2022 (LRTT) by the West Bengal Land Reforms & Tenancy Tribunal.

2. By the impugned order, the learned Tribunal called for a comprehensive status report from the concerned BL & LRO with regard to the plot in question. The original application of the writ petitioner is yet to be disposed of by the learned Tribunal.

3. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the court to the prayers made in the writ petition as also in the original application before the learned Tribunal. The prayer in the original application before the Tribunal is for enforcement of an order passed by the High Court.

4. Be that as it may, since the original application is yet to be finally decided and since the Tribunal wanted a comprehensive report from the concerned BL & LRO with

regard to the plot in question, we find no ground to interfere with such order in the present writ petition.

5. WPLRT 84 of 2025 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
