1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner has murdered his wife. His bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits. Trial has progressed substantially. Eight witnesses have already been examined. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
