It is submitted by the petitioners that almost ten months had elapsed since the life of the Board of Haur Samabay Krishi Unnayan Samity Limited had expired, but the respondents did not take any steps for holding the election.

Mr. Roy and Mr. Nayak, learned Advocates for the State-respondents and the election commission respectively, fairly submit that some time may be allowed by the Court so that the entire election process may be completed as per law.

Under such circumstances, this Court directs that that the election of the Haur Samabay Krishi Unnayan Samity Limited, must be completed within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
