It appears from the said report that the revised pension payment order has already been issued in favour of the petitioner.

Mr. Basu Mallick submits that the petitioner should now contact with the respondent no. 4 to furnish her bank details for disbursement of the arrear and regular family pension.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that such details have been furnished.

In view of the aforementioned development, no further order(s) need be passed in the matter, consequently WPA 11767 of 2023 is disposed of recording the aforementioned development.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
