Learned senior counsel for the respondent-Kolkata Municipal Corporation submits that the Kolkata Municipal Corporation has agreed to release the payment in terms of the bill raised by the petitioner within fifteen working days from date. A communication to this effect has been placed before this Court and the same is taken on record.

This Court appreciates the efforts of the learned senior counsel for the respondent-Kolkata Municipal Corporation in bringing the present litigation to a quietus. 3.

As the grievance of the petitioner has already been addressed, nothing survives in the present writ petition, the same is disposed of in the above terms.

Since no affidavits have been filed by the respondents, the allegations made in the writ petition shall not be deemed to have been admitted.

There shall be no order as to costs.
