...for the petitioner/applicant Mr. Pinaki Bhattacharyya .....for the alleged contemnor The contempt petition, alleging violation of the directions contained in the order of 5th January, 2017 has presently lost its force, in view of the alleged contemnors having complied with the directions in the aforesaid order of January 5, 2017.

A compliance report has also been filed by the alleged contemnors dated January 15, 2025. The report be kept with the record.

The petitioner is represented and admits that the order has been complied.

In view of the afore stated, CPAN 558 of 2018 in WPA 18352 of 2016 is disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs.
