Petitioner and co-accused husband of the victim lady were present in the house where she was mercilessly stabbed.

Keeping in mind the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime, gravity of the offence and as prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected in April 2022 and there is no change in circumstance since then, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
