The police authorities have completed the investigation and Charge-Sheet bearing Bagnan Police Station Case No. 469 of 2021 dated December 31, under Sections 448/323/325/354/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been filed. The F.I.R. named accused, namely, respondent nos.5 to 10, 12-14 and 16 are to face trial, before the learned Court below. No material was gathered against the respondent nos. 11 to 15. Nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition.

This writ petition is disposed of.

The Inspector-in-Charge, Bagnan Police Station shall keep a strict vigil, for the safety and security of the petitioner.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition has been called for, the allegations made in this writ petition against the respondents are deemed to be denied.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
