Petitioner submits that in connection with M.Ex. Case No.199 of 2022 the warrant of arrest so issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Barasat is still pending. The execution of the said warrant of arrest be kept in abeyance till 30th June, 2024.

the meantime, if the petitioner prefers an application under Section 126 of the Code of Criminal Procedure or if any application of such nature is pending before the said court, the learned court will dispose of the same in accordance with law within the aforesaid time period after issuing notice to the opposite party. Learned trial court will thereafter exercise its discretion regarding the issue relating to interim maintenance, if any and the entitlement of the wife/opposite party.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1852 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
