This matter has come up at the instance of this Court, certain typographical errors have been crept up in the judgement dated 09.12.2025, same is required to be corrected in the first paragraph of the judgement.

It is mentioned pending before the Court of 'learned Magistrate' 19th Court, Calcutta which is known as 'learned Judicial Magistrate'.

In paragraph 8 fourth line of the judgement inadvertently it has been wrongly spelt 'annal' in place of ' annul'. The Department is directed to incorporate the necessary corrections and let this corrected part be treated as part of the judgement. 4.

The paragraph 12 a full stop is put in between the word "executed" and the "there occurs" in the 6th line. Let the full stop be deleted and capital 'T' be changed to small 't'. 5.

The other portion of this judgement dated 09.12.2025 remains unaltered.
