Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the parties to this revisional application filed one joint compromise application under Section 320(6) of the Code of Criminal Procedure read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer for passing necessary order pursuant to the compromise between the parties.

This revisional application originally filed with a prayer for quashing the proceeding in connection with Hare Street Police Station Case No.575 dated 8th October, 2014 under Sections 406/418/420/465/468/506/120B of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta. Dispute between the parties arose during commercial transaction and after investigation of the case, charge sheet was also submitted. In the meantime, both the parties to this case
compromise all the disputes between the parties by executing a settlement agreement.

Given the facts and circumstances along with the submission advanced on behalf of the parties, I find no reason to stand in the way of compromise.

As a sequel, proceeding in connection with Hare Street Police Station Case No.575 dated 8th October, 2014 under Sections 406/418/420/465/468/506/120B of the Indian Penal Code corresponding to GR Case No.2275 of 2014 pending before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta, stands quashed.

The revisional application stands disposed of accordingly. 6.
All connected applications are also disposed of. 7.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated forthwith to the Court of the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta for information.
