The petitioner sought for certain information under the Right to Information Act, 2005 and paid the necessary charges for obtaining the documents. The payment was made by the petitioner in the year 2022. Till date the documents have not been provided. The petitioner has moved the instant writ petition for relief.

The Court is of the opinion that the Right to Information Act, 2005 is a complete code and there are provisions mentioned in the Act to be followed, if the information is not provided to an applicant.

It will be open for the petitioner to seek remedy in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
