In connection with CRR 1670 of 2004, the report submitted by the Registrar-in-Charge of Nezarath (I/C), District Judge's Court, Purba Bardhaman dated 11.04.2023 stated that the petitioner, namely, Biswanath Mallik @ Malik has expired on 26.09.2008 supported by a copy of the death certificate be kept on record. Under such circumstances the revisional application being CRR 1670 of 2004 has become infructuous, and, accordingly, disposed of.

A copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as trial court for due compliance.

In connection with GA 26 of 2004 the department is directed to supply the copies of the paper book upon the learned advocate for the State as well as the opposite parties.

List the GA 26 of 2004 on 26th March, 2024 for further hearing.
