This is the second occasion when none appears for the petitioner, although the CESC Limited is represented through counsel.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the CESC Limited, on instruction, that the present writ petition has become infructuous in view of an electric connection having already been given to the petitioner.

In the light of such submission, WPA 12452 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous, without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
