Case No. 158 dated 07.07.2017 under Sections 498A/307/325/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Bishnupur, Bankura.

Mr. Angshuman Chakraborty, learned counsel for the State present in Court is appointed to represent the State in this case. Let his appointment be regularized.

As none appears for the petitioners in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.
