It is submitted on behalf of the State that the admitted amount claimed by the petitioner has already been disbursed.

A sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (three lakh only) has been deducted on account of 'administrative cut' by the Block Development Officer, Patashpur-I. The BDO has given reason for deducting the aforesaid amount. The said reasons are, however, objected to by the petitioner.

In my opinion, such disputed questions of facts cannot be adjudicated in the instant writ petition. 5.

It will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum for relief in accordance with law, if so advised.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
