Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated January 15, 2024 the respondent No. 2 has passed its reasoned order dated February 2, 2024 by allowing the claim of the petitioner. Copy of the reasoned order has also been made over to Mr. Ekramul Bari, learned Counsel for the petitioner in Court today. On perusal of the order he has also confirmed that the claim of the petitioner has been allowed.

Though this Court directed the relevant respondent to file a report in the form of affidavit disclosing such order but in view of the facts recorded above this Court is of the view that, there is no further necessity to keep this writ petition pending as the claim of the petitioner stands satisfied. A copy of the

reasoned order dated February 2, 2024 is kept on record.

This writ petition being W.P.A. 9797 of 2015, accordingly, stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.

Urgent certified photo copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
