Party/parties is/are represented in the order of their name/names as printed above in the cause title. Mr. Dey, Learned Counsel, appears in support of the application, which is a Contempt Application, being CPAN 58 of 2019.

Mr. Dey submits that the Order of the Hon'ble Single Bench has been affirmed by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the Special Leave Petition preferred by the Respondents/State has been dismissed by the Hon'ble Apex Court on the 19th of April, 2022.

Accordingly, Learned Counsel for the petitioner argues that the contempt be enforced by directing the alleged contemnors to implement the Order of the Hon'ble Single Bench dated 31st of March, 2016 as affirmed by the Hon'ble Division Bench on the 20th of July, 2018.

Heard Mr. Dey at some length.

This Court is of the view that the facts made out in the Contempt Application, although submitted to be affirmed by the Hon'ble Apex Court require to be considered in presence of the Learned Counsel for the State.

Accordingly, let notice of this Contempt Application be served on Mr. Tapan Kumar Mukherjee, Learned Additional Government Pleader (AGP), for assisting this Court on the next date.

Mr. Mukherjee shall be entitled to appoint a junior of his choice to the brief.

Let the appointment of both Mr. Mukherjee along with a junior of his choice to the brief be regularised. Requisite number of Contempt Applications along with the annexures thereto be served on Mr. Mukherjee. Let the matter appear next under the same heading "Application (Group-II)" (Contempt) on the 13th of September, 2022.
