Petitioner(s) Mr. Pintu Karar Ms. Meghna Chowdhury ... for the Petitioner(s) Mr. Ratna Ghosh ... for the State Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the wedding of the petitioner's sister is fixed on 4th April, 2026. Accordingly, the conditions imposed while granting bail to the petitioner on June 12, 2025 particularly with regard to the conditions imposed for entering into the jurisdiction of the district of North 24 Parganas be waived from 2nd April, 2026 till 9th April, 2026.

The petitioner shall also inform the officer in charge of Kamarhati police station before entering into the jurisdiction of the said police station on 2nd April, 2026 and also inform the said police station before leaving on 9th April, 2026. In the meantime, the State would submit a report on the next date.

List the application for relaxation of condition of bail on 13th April, 2026.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of.
