No. 29 KAUSHIK REJECTED C.R.M.(A) 2905 of 2022 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Uluberia Women Police Station Case No. 61 of 2020 dated 10.11.2020 under Sections 341/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 8/12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

And In Re : Yonush Kazi ...... petitioner Ms. Devi Priya Mitra ....for the petitioner Mr. Sanjoy Bardhan Ms. Baisakhi Chatterjee ....for the State Considering the long absconsion of the petitioner in respect of a police case of November 10, 2020 and considering the fact that, warrant of arrest against the petitioner is pending, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 2905 of 2022 is dismissed.
