Kutub Uddin .....For the State Re: CRAN 1 of 2021 Mr. Manna, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a CRPF employee and due to the conditions imposed in the order dated 14th September, 2021, he is not being able to join his duties at Tripura. The petitioner has complied with the conditions till date and in view thereof, the conditions may be relaxed.

Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that after being released on 16th September, 2021, the petitioner failed to report to the investigating officer within the period as directed. However, subsequent thereto, he has met with the investigating officer, as directed and he has also complied with the other conditions. In support of such contention, he has drawn the attention of this Court to the report as filed. Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considered the materials on record.

It appears that the petitioner has substantially complied with the directions contained in the order dated 14th September, 2021.

In view thereof, the conditions 'to remain within the jurisdiction of Dhubulia Police Station' and 'to report to the Officer-inCharge of the said police station once in every fortnight', are waived. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2021 in CRM 5298 of 2021 is disposed of.
