None appears on behalf of the State respondents despite service.

Mr. Chandi Charan De, who is present in Court and who usually represents the State, is requested to represent the State in this matter. His appointment be regularized by office of the Legal Remembrancer. The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the writ petition along with all annexures thereto to Mr. De in course of this day.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition and approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 10996 of 2022 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
