It appears that this instant application is preferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer for giving direction upon the Trial Court to dispose of the application filed under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed in connection with Title Suit No. 43/2009 expeditiously. Although parties are not present before this Court I have considered the prayer made in the application. The Trial Court is directed to dispose of the application filed by present petitioner under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed in connection with Title Suit No. 43/2009 expeditiously as possible preferably within one month from the date of communication of this order if it has not already been decided/disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court immediately for information and taking necessary action.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CO/1525/2015 is disposed of.
