Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition due to certain defects therein and seeks liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the self-same cause of action.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 12975 of 2017 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the self-same cause of action.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
