Pankaj Kr Santra v. Sarbani Mukherjee
D/L Item No. 02 17.05.2024 KOLE CO 1526 of 2015 Pankaj Kumar Santra -Vs.- Sarbani Mukherjee & Ors.
The petitioner is not represented.
There is no representation on behalf of the opposite parties.
The instant revisional application has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the impugned order dated March 20, 2015 in connection with Title Suit No. 388 of 2013. By passing the impugned order, the petition filed by the petitioner under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure was rejected by the learned Trial Court.
It appears that the present petitioner was directed by this Court on earlier occasion to serve notice upon the opposite parties but till date it has not been complied with. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed further with the present revisional application and thus, there is no justification to keep this revisional application alive in the list.
The revisional application along with the connection application, if any, is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
There will be no order as to costs.
