Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits body of the deceased was recovered from the room of the petitioner.

We have considered the materials on record. Body of the deceased was recovered from the room of the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
