It is the case of the petitioner that he is a co-sharer of the C.S. Dag No. 395, J.L. No. 14, LR Dag No. 441, R.S. Khatian No. 1804, C.S. Khatian No. 32 (242, 143, 191), Mouza - Hatiara, P.S. - Ecopark, Dist.- 24 Parganas (North).

The petitioner alleges that the other co-sharers of the said plot are making construction in the plot without any sanctioned plan from the Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation.

The petitioner has drawn attention of this Court to the representation dated February 15, 2024, addressed to the corporation.

In view of the aforesaid facts, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Commissioner,

Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation to consider the representation dated February 15, 2024, appearing at page 12 of the writ petition within one month from the date and take necessary steps in accordance with law.

The Commissioner shall give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties. The Commissioner shall also take immediate steps to ensure that no unauthorised construction takes place on the relevant plot of land.

WPA 12660 of 2024 is disposed of.
