Service report filed by the State is taken on record. It is found that service has been effected upon the de facto complainant.

By order dated 24th June, 2024 passed in CRM (DB) 1473 of 2024 while granting bail this Court directed that the petitioner shall not enter the jurisdiction of the police station where the victim girl resides and shall report to the Officer-inCharge of the Raiganj Women Police Station once in a fortnight until further orders.

Though the report of the State depicts that the petitioner has reported to the Officer-in-Charge of Raiganj Women Police Station once in every fortnight, however, it is silent with regard to whether the petitioner has complied the other condition i.e. not to enter the jurisdiction of police station where the victim girl resides or not.

State is directed to furnish a further report specifying as to whether the petitioner has complied the other condition. List this matter on 13th August, 2025.
