Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and on enquiry police learnt that there were disputes in respect of an immovable property between the private parties. Petitioner did not go to the police station to lodge any complaint. Petitioner wrote a letter dated July 20, 2021 which speaks of property disputes.

There are civil suits pending between the private parties. Since the police are taking steps as noted above, further interference of the Writ Court is not called for.

Accordingly, the writ application being WPA 12529 of 2021 is disposed of.
